CHAGA SMOOTHIE

This smoothie is everything you could possibly ask for in a Protein drink. Not only will it help build you up physically but it’ll help build you up mentally too. Packed with Chaga mushrooms and Almonds which are known as the brain foods) but it also has Chocolate to help pump more blood, and Flaxseed (fiber and omega-3 fatty acids) that help with digestion and regulating energy throughout the day. Try it post workout and see for yourself the delicious difference!

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Chaga Mushroom Protein Powder
  • 2 tb Almond Butter
  • 1 cup Hot Oats 
  • 1-2 Dates
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 T Flaxseed - ground
  • 1 T MCT Oil

InStructions

  1. Cook ½ cup oats with 1 ½ cup oat milk and cook until tender
  2. Blend all ingredients together
  3. Add more Oat Milk if consistency is too thick 

Notes: Blend more cooked oats to make a Smoothie Bowl
